Delivery charges

  • Dehydrators: free UK mainland delivery.
  • Republic of Ireland: orders are accepted and charged at the delivery rates shown at checkout.
  • Accessories (trays, mesh sheets and solid sheets) ship at our standard rates, which are shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

We dispatch orders within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders are sent by Royal Mail or a tracked courier, and you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you cannot see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Delivery times after dispatch depend on the service used and your location. Any delivery times we give are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. For any other destination, please contact us before ordering.

Republic of Ireland: delivery is charged at the rates shown at checkout. Because we ship from the UK, Irish orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and/or carrier handling charges, which are collected by the carrier and payable by the recipient. Please contact us before ordering if you would like more information.

Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and offshore postcodes: free delivery applies to the UK mainland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and other offshore postcodes may incur a surcharge or may need to be quoted separately. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies, or you can email us before ordering for a quote.

Your address

Please check that your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived when expected, please email us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with photos where relevant. We will sort out a replacement or refund. See our refund policy for details.
